Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is simple. When you ship anything to us we will be responsible for those materials only while in our possession. We will not be help responsible for anything that may happen to your materials while they are in route with the carrier. You should always insure your materials for a reasonable amount of money when you ship them. We will also insure your materials for the same amount as when it was shipped to us. The customer must agree to pay all shipping cost to us and back to them. We normally use the USPS priority mail for shipping, but if you request other shipping methods such as FedEx or UPS we will honor that request. By using our service's you agree to these shipping terms and will not hold New DVD Creations responsible for any loss or damage of your materials while they are in transit with any carrier.
