As stated on other pages of this site, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50. When you place an order and then payment is made and clears our bank, we will send you a free pre-paid shipping label to send your photos and/or video tapes to us. It will be sent in an email as an attachment that can be printed from your computer. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you. If your order does not meet the minimum $50 free shipping standard, we will still send a pre-paid shipping label but the cost will be added to your project. The cost of your project must be at least $50 before any shipping charges are added to meet this requirement. 

Most of our shipping will be done thru the U.S. Postal Service using "Priority Shipping". For very large orders of DVD's or CD's we will use UPS or FedEx at our discretion.

All materials sent to us will be insured for a reasonable amount of money in case it is damaged or lost while in shipping. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that anything that is sent to us is properly packed. If anything is damaged in shipping and the carrier determines it was not properly packaged when sent to us, we will not be responsible for any of those materials shipped to us. We will be responsible for your materials while in our possession and while being shipped back to you. If any material sent to us is lost or damaged while being shipped back to the customer we will be responsible for them in the amount that they are insured. If any of the customers materials are lost or damaged while in our possession we will be responsible for them in the amount the materials were insured when shipped to us. By using our services you agree to this shipping policy.

Privacy Policy 

 Our privacy policy is very simple. We will not use your material sent to us or uploaded to us without your permission. Anything uploaded to us will be kept for at least 6 months for use on any project of the original customer. Any and all materials shipped to us will be returned along with the customers finished project. We will not store or keep anything from the customer unless it is in a digital format. Any personnel information such as email address, home address, phone number, will not be sold or given out to anybody unless ordered to do so in a court of law. Your personal information will be safe with us.
