How to Order Your DVD

Please use our Contact Form to order anything from New DVD Creations. Once you contact us, we will send you an estimate for your project if we have received enough information about your project. You will not be billed for your DVD until it is finished and ready to ship. We use PayPal for our payment processor. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to use their service. You can use your credit card with PayPal even if you are not a member. Once your project is complete we will send you an email with a PayPal button in it and with the amount you will need to pay before we ship your DVD. The PayPal button you receive will take you to the PayPal website when you click on it for a secured payment. PayPal is the leading money processor on the internet.

Once you send us your order using the Contact Form we will send you back an estimate for your project and the link you need to upload files to us or give you the address you need to ship materials to us (listed on "Shipping" page). It is important that you know several things listed below when you contact us.

1. How many pictures in your project

2. How pictures we need to scan if any

3. How much video (tapes or files)

4. What music you want on the DVD (you can upload your music for us to use, or we can purchase the music at very low rates.

5. How many copies of the DVD you want

6. For photo restoration we need the photo's uploaded or shipped to us, so tell us how many pictures you want restored and we will send you the link to our upload site or send you our shipping address.

7. Which menu and/or artwork you would like to use. If you don't see one on our website that you like, let us know and we can send you a link to view more menu's, video backgrounds and artwork. Telling us what type of theme you want to use will help alot.

8. Last, but most importantly we need your ideas of what you want from your project. We are making the DVD, but your input will make it a DVD you will love to watch. Once you tell us what you are looking to get, we can then let you know how it can be accomplished. Good communication will result in joy and happiness for all involved. Please don't feel like you would be bugging or pestering us with too many emails. The more we know about what you want, the easier it will be for us to get that done for you.
